requires OncoKB annotations as well but we should start implementing a small basic report ASAP

use the Tempo report (https://github.com/mskcc/cas-ops/tree/tempo-report/tempo/report) for example to start along with other code examples (https://github.com/NYU-Molecular-Pathology/NGS580-nf/tree/master/report/analysis)

the base report is implemented, it will be extended by the features listed in the other Issues mentioned here.
