Since I manage only Gentoo servers, I needed these changes to get it to work properly :)

This includes the init data on the manifest, and the template for the
configuration file.

Hi,

I have ported my changes into the upstream puppetlabs-ntp, https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-ntp. The upstream already contains gentoo capabilities, so I think I will refuse this commit (also because it fails the travis build).

You should probably migrate to the upstream - if you need my changes, please wait until they have accepted my changes (and if you use the puppetforge module, wait until my changes have been released on puppetforge).

in any case, sorry for the long wait. Haven't had much time lately...
