Netlink PM events: add one attribute about the connection type (connect/accept) #246

The userspace PM might want to react differently for servers and clients apps.

It is not "nice" to retrieve this info via other channel while it could be useful and easy to add in a new NL attribute.

This change records the server_side attribute in MPTCP_EVENT_CREATED
and MPTCP_EVENT_ESTABLISHED events to inform the recipient of the role
of the associated MPTCP application (Client/Server) that is handling
it's end of the MPTCP connection.
