Engraving bug

Bug description

  • removing Title from score removes Part name from Part (Excerpts)
  • adding Title to score adds extra frame to Parts (Excerpts)

Steps to reproduce

Issue one - removing title (resolved in #19997)

  1. create score
  2. create parts
  3. remove title frame from score
  4. see - parts miss Part name

Issue two - adding title (resolved in #19405)

  1. create score with no title (remove title from score)
  2. create parts
  3. see - parts have Part name
  4. add title to Score
  5. see parts - extra frame for title is added

Workround for both issues is resetting parts.
