Implement the changes to support Django 2.2 and remove Python 2 support fully. Co-authored-by: Guruprasad Lakshmi Narayanan <guruprasad@opencraft.com>
Replace hacky time.sleep with webdriver waits Potentially faster (doesn't need to sleep for the fixed time if the element appears sooner) and more flexible.
This will fix the failing quality checks and also the integration tests.
