Re-written TCX exporter

• fixed bug with non-existing TCX path
• used PySide and Python version without conflicts with Py2exe

Fix bugs with microseconds in timestamps, empty workout lists and updates on API.

Note: this packaged version has a bug with the "loading"image. (Direct execution of the source code works fine even on Windows though)
