Docker Image for Automated Optical Character Recognition in PDF to Create Sandwich Files

To be connected to mwaeckerlin/vsftpd, mount /data from mwaeckerlin/boar-data. Use a printer that sends scanned PDFs through FTP, such as a Brother MFC-9340CDW. Printer stores documents in mwaeckerlin/vsftpd. If the doument is stored in ftp folder upload, this image automatcally runs optical character recognition, creates a filename from the recognized text and the configuration in /data/configs/scan and stores it in /data/dokumente. Then mwaeckerlin/boar-data checks in the result to mwaeckerlin/boar. If the printer sends the file to ftp folder rotated, then the file is rotated before character recognition. If the printer sends the file to ftp folder pass, then the file is moved to the target without any change. If the printer sends the file to ftp folder rotate-pass, then the file is rotated, then moved to the target without character recognition.
