Third 0.9.1 attempt, now with Timothy's 2019-05-11 patch

This includes the latest code from Timothy, which should fix bugs #8, #9, and #12.

Second 0.91 attempt, now with private Qt frameworks

If 0.9.1-pp1 didn't work for you, give this one a try. I've run rpc-interpreter.app and rpc-recompiler.app through macdeployqt, which should embed all the Qt dependencies in the .app bundle itself, and not require you to have Qt installed locally.

First attempt at a release build of 0.9.1

Offered for testing. It works for me! This might not work for you unless you have the exact same Qt version as me (5.12.2, installed using Homebrew). Please comment or open an issue if it doesn't work, so I can debug.
