Mzalendo - find your reps is a confusing, lengthy journey

When you click on "find your reps" on the homepage you end up here:

http://info.mzalendo.com/search/

It is unclear what you should input to find your reps. If you put in, e.g. "Nairobi" you end up with a page like this:

http://info.mzalendo.com/search/?q=nairobi&section=global&order=relevance

The rep locator on pa.org.za, whilst not perfect, is much easier for the user:

http://www.pa.org.za/search/location/

Oh - and the search button is still mis-aligned by a pixel from the actual search box
