add scrapers for Green Party candidates

Add a scraper or scrapers for Green Party candidates, similar to these ones:

I can't see a published list on their site anywhere. They seem to have *.greenparty.org.uk sub-domains per area, with lists on them.

http://southwark.greenparty.org.uk/ (my council) doesn't seem to list 2015 PPCs yet...

Have you found a list somewhere?

No, I only found the regional lists too (what I meant by "or scrapers" 😄)

I'm actually going to close this, unless someone's seriously proposing to write a scraper for each region. We're doing pretty well with crowd-sourcing them.
