After connect to node consumer balance increases (roughly by 1 MYSTT). Restarting application resets to previous balance. Connecting again changes into larger balance.

app version: 0.18.107035

Fix balance inconsistency

Sending the total promised value instead of a diff caused a behaviour where balance would be shown incorrectly.

Sending the diff fixes this.
