This is actually an overlooked follow up to nRF24/RF24#898

I have gone through and checked if further related changes are needed for the FakeBLE implementation and network layers... all is well.

I will cut a release specifically for the source distribution published to pypi. The src dist is only used by pip if a user specifies --no-binary to pip install or if the user machine's OS/arch does not match the binary dists deployed to pypi.
