This is most likely due to an invalid registry-docs.json file. Sometimes when running harvest on a large data set, if there is a hiccup in your NFS or other file system connections, the write to the JSON file can be interrupted, corrupting the output.

Unfortunately, the only workaround for the time being is the re-run Harvest and try again. If you continue to run into this error, please let us know.
