- Altered name to hint about nesting of sections - Removed all JS code and utilised slow/vanishing pages where appropriate - Removed all extra crud from htm page so it's now the bare bones

Remove all JS from Section Experiments page (Now Nested Sections)
Remove "some" JS from Home Page
Where JS removed, pages now default to using Slow / Vanishing.
Work to be done still for HomePage. Also need to look into another optimisation for simplecov as well.
