Proposed Changes

Remove custom fields from Admin UI. This should be as simple as deleting a bunch of code from nautobot/extras/admin.py that's no longer needed.

Justification

Now that we have custom field management in the regular UI (#735, #997), the admin UI for custom field management is redundant.
