Description

Currently there're several inline css props setting across the chart rendering process.

This props can be overriden by !important exception.
But this approach is some how bad practice.

Add new option to remove all inline css to give more flexibility for those who wants define own css rule.

Removed setting css props, which works as same way.
There's no need to set explicitly.

- display: block
- visibility: visible
- opacity: 1
- fill-opacity: 1
