Additional tests for --amrfinder and --amrfinder --print_node Also updated test_amrfinder.sh script to be slightly more sophisticated and report which tests failed at the end.
Still need to work on tests of the --amrfinder options

Default output format is changed to add the A_reference_subtype and B_reference_subtype columns.
