support request agent option

Supporting this option already available on node-fetch (see https://github.com/node-fetch/node-fetch#custom-agent) will allow configuring SSL/TLS on the request to the JWKS.

Also, it will allow configuring a proxy. This is very common in some corporations with an on-premise PAAS.
