(draft)

Naturally, this task needs to be executed by a newcomer who

  • has not much knowledge of the project
  • is in the same time capable (fast work-in) to either
  • create/refine the resources, or
  • file/trigger issues which are executed by the existent team

The existent team knows too much, so it is not able to detect the barriers that newcomers will face.

Part of the task is to trigger/speedup changes, like it happened within #2165

    1. Tasks

(estimated overall effort: one week)

    1. Requirements
  • Don't annoy the team, especially the core developers
  • Provide whenever possible "Rules and Rationales"
    1. Report to

It is suggested that the executing senior analyst reports to

  • @potatodepaulo Head of DevX @damons VPE (for project management related issues)
  • CEO (for product management related issues)

This is a more adequate process for "creative work" (which, in essence, this task is about). One person executes, asks for feedback when necessary. Bad result => fired (or: no more tasks)
