Closes #155 by renaming the Processes section to the more appropriate People Ops.

Non-blocking but I think we should start adding redirects when we move pages around, don't you?

@kennyadsl I agree, by now the playbook is probably heavily indexed by Google so it would be a good idea. I'll talk to the team to figure out how we can do it.
