UI error in file view section #148

Describe the bug
File view section section displays nothing even there is no change in the repo.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to file view with some changes in repo
  2. Go to file operation and stage all the files.
  3. Again go to file view.
  4. See error

Expected behavior
After staging all the files, file view section should display a message like "No changes in the repo".
