When installing the drivers for my PS3 controller, I'm getting an error at the end saying:
"ScPtoolkit Error Unexpected error:System.NullreferenceException..."
There's more to the error, but some parts aren't in English since that isn't my native language. I can post a screenshot or type the full error if you would like.
What happens after is that windows 10 recognizes my DS3. I can also see it in ScPToolkit Monitor. But the controller just goes to recharging. None of the buttons work.
I've looked on github to similar errors, and I've found a few, but the problem was always something else. Faulty USB cable or controllers. My USB cable works, the controller works, and I've been using motioninjoy in the past and that worked too.
I removed motioninjoy following steps on a gamingwiki, but maybe some of it still lingers?
I also tried other builds of SCP, but I always get the same error.
I'm using windows 10. A DS3 controller with USB. No bluetooth or any other controllers or devices like that. What seem to be the problem?
Thanks in advance.
