My controller seems connected, but isn't.

I've been using Scpoolkit for months now and today something weird happened: my ps4 controller which never had any problems to connect was not able to connect today. the blue led was on and from the outside you'd think that my controller is connected. I tried reinstalling the drivers and all the normal popups appeared (WDI_succes etc.). After a while a new popup appeared with a little red cross on the upper left corner (a really long one, I will attach a picture of it (bij means "at")). I'm going to attach the debug info as well and I hope that you'll be able to help me solving this problem (I really want to play FIFA 17 now ;p).
