Broken link in APOC import docs

Expected Behavior (Mandatory)

The APOC docs for Import CSV have two broken links to the prescribed format of the .csv files.

Actual Behavior (Mandatory)

If you click on Neo4j import tool’s header format at the top of the page it links to https://neo4j.com/docs/operations-manual/current/tools/import/file-header-format/, but this gives a 404. The same thing happens at the bottom link import tool’s syntax, which links to the same URL.

I suspect the intent is to have this link to here in each case.
