The built-in-procedure `db.indexes` now include both a `description` and a `state`. This makes it equivalent to the old console output meaning that browser can replace it with this procedure call without loosing information.

db.indexesnow include both adescriptionand astate. This makes it equivalent to the old console output meaning thatbrowser can replace it with this procedure call without loosing information.
NOTE: This was intended to be merged in 3.0 but the PR was accidentally made against 3.1, so this should be a forward null merge
