This PR includes #2550 (already merged to main) which allows one to specify
--no-refine-intrinsics,and also more importantly, adds a missing equals sign from multinerf.
That seems to fix the discrepancy I was seeing with ns-process-data images.
(Actually may want to merge that to main as well)
