Bugfix: Multiple instances after restarts

At some cases the applications are not cleaned up and multiple instances are occuring.

• Fixed cleaner exit when Home Assistant is stopped/restarted
• Removed some debug messages
• Created a convenient docker-compose to start local home assistant for testing
