"Create and add Another" Button Redirect fails for image attachments #7471

NetBox version

3.0.5 (demo is still running 3.0.5)

Python version

3.9

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select add image attachment to a device.
  2. Select image to upload and click "Create and add Another" button.

Issue observed on local install and confirmed on public demo instance.

Expected Behavior

Browser should upload image attachment and attach to device and redirect the user to the add image attachment page to add another image.

Observed Behavior

Browser successfully uploads image attachment but user lands on a page not found error.
