Zone serial does not conform to format #108

When a zone is created, the initial value for the serial in the SOA is 1.
Serial should be in the format YYYYMMDDNN.

Bugfix: initial value for zone version
efe242d 
The initial value of the zone serial was empty.
That's the reason the "new-serial" function returned 1 as
the initial value.
This fixes issue #108.
