No nightly builds since 4.1.5.Final release

It appears there have been no new builds (i.e. 4.1.6.Final-SNAPSHOT) since the 4.1.5.Final release.

4.1.5 was released 29-Aug-2016 18:06 [2](not sure on timezone ... assumed UTC)
last snapshot for 4.1 was Mon Aug 29 12:08:42 UTC 2016 [3]
