Fix bibliography + database backups, add scaling to DM plots

• Fixes don't put dataset citation in scientific software #560 and adds bilbiography entries for more PredefinedDictionaries (massiveauditorylexicaldecision, calgarysemanticdecision, and concreteness)
• Fixes Scale design matrix columns #567
• Fixes AWS access for sql backup script.
