Configure nginx-proxy

For scout @tyarkoni set up nginx-proxy to configure multiple services on one machine, across multiple domains using "virtual_hosts".

Since nginx-proxy handles SSL and certs, we can safely remove them from our nginx config.

• Fix www.neuroscout.org or drop support
