This pull request makes it so when a study is added to a dataset, there will be new entries in the annotation_analyses table for all annotations that are associated with that dataset, if the annotations have keys, then the default entry will be None for each of the keys.
@nicoalee: here is the pull request that addresses your question (from a a couple weeks ago), about what happens when a new study is added to a dataset. This should make it so that the annotations will reflect the current dataset.
