Installation Error : cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self-signed certificate for https://dl.datenangebot.de

I am running Nextcloud 25.01 on Ubuntu 22.04.
From the admin web interface trying to install Health trying to install Health 1.6.1
I get the following error:

An error occurred during the request. Unable to proceed.

cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self-signed certificate (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://dl.datenangebot.de/nc%20health/releases/health-v1.6.1.tar.gz

It seem that https://dl.datenangebot.de has self signed certificate, and current installation cannot proceed.

I wonder if there is a way to pass-by the requirement (or self-signed certificate) - or of course if the maintainers make sure their server has an aproveway to issue a certificate (perhaps Letsencrypt).

BTW - thanks for the work, I am really interested in using health, probably contribute too:)
