Changed user flow in case of public shares
By opening a poll with public share, the registration modal will not pop up automatically anymore.
A new CTA has been added to open the registration dialog, also when it had been closed.
This way a user has the chance to see the poll purpose, before the user decides to participate or not.
Additionally and finally it is now possible to reopen the registration dialog, after it has been closed.
