I've got an answer from Julius:

php occ integrity:sign-core --privateKey=./tests/data/integritycheck/core.key --certificate=./tests/data/integritycheck/core.crt --path=./tests/data/integritycheck/mimetypeListModified

and then cat ./tests/data/integritycheck/mimetypeListModified/core/signature.json
