[stable27] Roll back erroneous nextcloud/files update #43259

Summary

#42172 erroneously updated nextcloud/files in package.json and thus broke the Files app at various places. This PR attempts to rectify this.

This is starting to make sense. I'd been wondering how such a breaking change landed in v27 midstream when I did #43136. :-)
