Bug description

Clicked on the File table while have the console logs open seen below error

Steps to reproduce

1.From the Dashboard click files tab and view error in console logs

Expected behavior

Should not see error ?

Same situatation here...

Login -> Successful Login attempt -> File's Dashboard -> Error "Header workspace already registered" appeared in the console

Same issue here files Dashboard and/or files application is broken since 28.0.1 to 28.0.2.5

If I use my android phone using the nextcloud application files application works.

Looks like https://github.com/nextcloud/text/pull/4698/files brought back the file list header initialization that had just been moved to an init script. I think we can simply remove it.
