Thanks for the PR. Can you please explain why this is necessary, given that this repository doesn’t have sub-modules? |

Thank you for your feedback. My bad, the lack of sub-modules was an oversight on my part, wanted to update the checkout to v4 from v3 to make it consistent through the configuration. |

By default, a shallow clone is done and git log does not have the full log. Request a full clone to avoid that.
