For instance, clicking on branch X (top screenshot) zooms in correctly on that tree but the right hand tree display is broken (bottom screenshot). Clicking on branch Y (top screenshot) freezes the app.

These trees should both be up shortly on nextstrain.org, I'll add links to them here shortly
