This is a Mexican Zika genome published by Boukadida et al, strain name: MEX_CIENI551. There are two Genbank accessions for this strain, KY120349 and KY120348. KY120348 is currently showing on Nextstrain. The sequence under accession KY120348 is a tiny bit longer (10744 bases) than KY120349 (10633 bases), however the longer strain has had 4 passages in cell culture, and the slightly shorter sequence was sequenced directly from the serum sample. This perhaps doesn't matter too much, but I think we might want to consider using the clinical isolate as a best practice, and therefore switching to using KY120349.
