Implement reviewer suggestion from #725

Generally speaking I'm not so fond of these file name patterns -- why can't I be allowed to call my files whatever I want? But since this is what nf-core wants -- fine!

I agree, I also dont like restrictions to file names. However, in this case, it is read by QIIME2 which expects a specific file structure in the compressed file and they call that "qza".
