When supplying e.g. -profile shh,sdag, despite us having a pipeline specific config, this doesn't appear to be loaded (according to what is reported at the head info of a nextflow run). And parameters aren't set as expected.

Apparently I deleted the nf-core config profile loading, oops 😅 back in with c82adb1
