In order to get synced with the nf-core template, this repo needs to be prepared accordingly as described in the nf-core documentation.

Thanks for the heads up! quite busy until Thursday (I have my halftime seminar), I'll take care of that on Friday

Progress Update: I now have a template branch, but I didn't feel like resolving all the merge conflicts on Friday evening. Will see how it goes on Monday!
