Updates bakta to latest version with pseudogene support

    • PROFILE=singularity pytest --tag <MODULE> --symlink --keep-workflow-wd --git-aware
    • PROFILE=conda pytest --tag <MODULE> --symlink --keep-workflow-wd --git-aware
