The behaviour as such is fine and intentional, however it would be good if users can choose the id column to use for creating the heatmap(s). e.g. via parameter choice, defaulting to SampleID (?)

Also write some small docs on how to make this not happen again & what users can do to prevent having a fail in the pipeline execution.
