PR checklist

  • In the orthologs subworkflow, a plaintext file with stats is now generated. Its content is displayed in the report.
  • Make sure your code lints (nf-core lint).

I have accidentally pushed some stuff from outside the described scope here. It's pretty hard to remove, so I'll leave them here if it's okay. It's Python code cleanup and reformatting only.
