Cutadapt version missing from MultiQC report

The MultiQC report is missing the software version number for Cutadapt.

See for example any of the reports on the nf-core website:

Note that TrimGalore! is listed, but this is usually not enough by itself as it uses cutadapt as a dependency under the hood.

This should be reported when we finalise the multiple software version reporting for each module and roll it out across nf-core/modules and within pipelines. Prototype here nf-core/modules#665
