Xenium ranger modules - relabel, resegment and import segmentation modules accept input data as a filepath (xenium bundle) which is the output of the xenium onboard analysis(XOA). Xenium experiments generate huge output from the XOA pipeline and thus the need to scale down the xenium bundle to be used as test dataset.
