Create a publically accessible nats server

Setup tls

• Use cloudfare ssh to generate caroot for nats server and clients

Create source directory under go root src

• mkdir github.som

• cd github.com

• mkdir nh3000-org

• cd nh3000-org

• mkdir nh3000

• cd nh3000

• git clone https://github.com.nh3000-org/nh300.git

Modify nhpref to set encryption parameters
